Heather Bradley is a retired elementary school teacher. Having also worked for the Ontario Science Centre, she is passionate about sharing her love of nature with children. In 1994, she was awarded the William C. McMaster Award from Scholastic Canada for her essay about children’s literature. Heather is the author of Don’t Wait for Your Ship to Come In—Throw it a line and drag it to shore!
